I believe I-smart claims are still processing these claims under Regulation 5 of the UTCCR (1999).

Not sure if that makes sense to anyone?

There are many who say they are claiming using reg 5 but it stills comes back to the cost of the charges which cannot be used. There may be other ways ( not using the UTCCR), but reg 5 is still not decided. needs a few more weeks apparently.
