can i ask what type of license you have, can i register loans on credit files with your license (cat A) and how much are you thinking, need to know a rough guide. thanks

I think you will find that who ever purchases the company will need a new ccl in theirs and the companies name. CCL's are registered against the Directors and not just the company. I think you will find you can not switch the licence between old and new users and a new application would have to be submitted

Is that a fact, is that set in stone rule or just something you have heard as i have been told differant, not to say that I`m right, i thank you for your post as this could effect my descion, could you tell me how hard it is to get a CCL, ie what type of checks etc, do you need a amount of money in the bank, etc, thanks again very useful info if 100% true

It is fact unfortunately. Basically you must not have any criminal convictions such as "Fraud" or anything else.

I employ an outside company that do all my compliance. They would help you with your CCL application and all future compliance.
