Dear Affiliates,

MBNA are delighted to announce some positive changes to their commission structure and a great incentive to start it off with a bang.

Currently affiliates are paid between £8.50 and £12.50 per lead.

From March 4th the payment structure will be changed to a whopping £40 per auto approved application and £5.00 per referred application.

The aim of the new payment structure is to make the MBNA Credit Cards Program...

• The highest commission in market for consumer credit cards
• With stable budgets that won’t be turned off mid month
• That rewards the affiliates who deserve it most

The commission will be up for review again in 3 months time to ensure it is indeed improving program performance and rewarding good quality affiliates.

Previous tests with affiliates have determined that publishing acceptance criteria alongside the cards vastly improves acceptance rates and you may want to do this to optimise your traffic and increase your earnings.

We would also like to kick off the new payment structure by giving affiliates the opportunity to win hospitality tickets for the Chelsea V Wigan game on Sunday 9th May. This will operate as a prize draw with affiliates gaining 1 entry into the draw for an accepted or referred lead on core products and 5 entries for endorsed products. The competition will run from 4th March until 4th April with the winners being drawn on 5th April.

Prize Details: There are four hospitality tickets available and winners will be accompanied by two representatives from MBNA and Mediaedge:cia. Kick off is at 3:00pm. There will be a meal served in the Canalettos Suite with food included. There will be a pay bar and guests will need to settle their bill prior to leaving. The value of the tickets/hospitality is over £200 each however this is a money can’t buy opportunity. Please note that the date/time of the game is subject to change)
