Unfortunately I was stupid enough to put my business with Welcome to Globa Lead Market Ltd . Owned by Adam Spragg, Call centre operator Michael Hunter and Ben Harvey there supposidly relationship manager.

I requested 10 qualified life insurance leads which were supposed to be internet leads that were qualified and sold on. What I got was 4 leads from an Indian Call Centre where the clients did not want life insurance but had applied for a mortgage. Then the rest were unqualified leads from an online lead provider that were 2 weeks old.

Ben Harvey warranted a full refund which i did not receive and then was told he was on annual leave by owner Adam Spragg

I must have phoned them 30 times and evetually negotiated a refund that they have not sent me.

Its unfortunate that there are companies out there like this as all I wanted to do was find a decent long term lead provider.

All its done is lost me £200 a load of time and made my angry.

Use them at your own peril.

He does not pay even to lead suppliers. Please see my other posts to find out more in detail.

Be aware all the leads suppliers. GLM - Global Lead Market - Ben Harvey - Sales Manager, who keeps sending email asking for leads but never reply if you request for payment of leads which have been accepted from his clients... Be careful...

Take Care all lead suppliers too.

I wish I researched for GLOBAL LEAD MARKET before dealing with them. Promised 5000 mobile number leads, sent me invoice, I paid for it and THAT WAS IT, no more replies from this crook. He hanged up every time I called him from other numbers just trying to get my refund..... Now, I have lost £360 and will do anything to do same amount of damage to his scam base business.

Its really bad. One should be loyal in ones profession if you are not genuine and don't provide quality services you wouldn't be able to exist in market for long. Profit making is different thing but one should not make profit at the cost of clients trust.

I do agree with you and I personally would take extra precautions working with these sorts of companies in future. However, its important to stop these sort of people, if you think you have not been treated right, report this infidel to Office of Fair Trading at Relevant legislation

OR if he took money and not answering your calls like mine, report him to Action Fraud Organisation Home | Action Fraud

Companies like that are all over the internet. If you want to seek legal action, you could just whois their site and track the scammers that way.
