Sorry completely new to this forum so please excuse.

Looking to start up a business which requires a CCL. Is their anyone who has recently filled in a application for a ccl ?? any help at this point will be helpful and

secondly if i have suffered a bad credit history i.e defaults but no ccjs and all the activity is well over 4 years old will this have an affect on the application??
