I'm thinking of starting a finance website as an affiliate promoting things like insurance, payday loans, credit cards and possibly prepaid debit cards. Would I need to be registered with the FSA or some other authority to do this? I'm in the UK.

Also, if anyone has any advice or recommendations, I'd be delighted to hear them. I'm an absolute newbie.
