I have a mortgage / Remortgage / Insurance database for sale. This has come from 4 companies that have gone into liquidation over the past 2 years and contains approximately 38,000 clients.

It includes - at minimum - Name, address, phone number but the majority also contain details of existing mortgage, insurance policy etc etc

The companies in question were heavily involved in Right to Buy so the majority of clients are from that market. This would be perfect for remortgages as most of the deals will be up for renewal by now.

Important note - the data has NOT been cleaned. This means that maybe some have already remortgaged, some may have moved, some phone numbers may be dead etc etc BUT this database contains records from as recent as 8 months ago.
