I have a small Debt Managment business, we have approx 150 clients and have rolling fees coming in each month of about £4500 each month. We also have two to three IVA going through each month. We do not have a sales team or large over heads but we have a solid client base and get at least 2 to 3 clients per month through recommendation. We spend very little in the way of leads but we do well.

The business needs someone with a little more commitment than I can give it at present, someone with experience in selling and ability to drive the sales side forward and grow the client base. The staff can cope with the clients and are incredibly good at client retention and general admin so it is a perfect little business for someone who is ready to branch out on their own. It is in the Manchester/Cheshire area.

All the systems are in place the computer system alone cost a small fortune aswell as the corporate image the computers etc. It would suite someone looking to start selling outside of thier current company or as an extra office. It would give a cushion to start as it has a good rolling income. The rolling income currently more or less covers the overheads so if you can sell a couple of IVA's and a couple of DMP's you are into a good profit straight away. We have a CCL licence in the company name and a Ministry of Justice licence, we have a few thousand pounds worth of claims going through at the moment any fees that come in after the sale would go to the buyer.
