Gotta say that although part of me is pleased to see the demise of our biggest competitor, I had a lot of respect for Leadbay and for many smaller brokers and IFA's they offered a superb service which was unavailable elsewhere, with excellent technology and a great team of people.

Regrettably I believe that it was this factor, i.e. the servicing of hundreds, if not thousands, of smaller clients that was ultimately their downfall. It takes far more resources to deal with so many customers, who all quite rightly expect the same level of service as the bigger accounts. More customers = more staff = more fixed overhead which you can't remove quickly in a downturn.

For this reason, we have always insisted on dealing with big customers only - we only ever work with between 2 and 5 of the major players in any product area, which means we get big volume orders and can offer substantial (and usually unlimited) volume quotas to our affiliates. It has often made us unpopular, as we insist on upfront payment and a relatively large minimum order, but it has kept us and our affiliates in business for over 7 years.

For any affiliates generating ONLINE leads for DM/IVA, Loans (secured and unsecured), Life Insurance or Private Medical Insurance who are looking for a new home for them, we offer market leading payouts, on time, every time, and would be delighted to talk to you.
