Coastal Loans specialise in Unsecured Tenant Loans Only. We do not process secured loans or mortgages.

We are looking to add to our list of Brokers who pass their tenant applications to us.

We do not pay per lead. We prefer to build an ongoing relationship with our Brokers to provide an extra monthly income for their business. We currently have 27 brokers on our books and are looking to take on another 4 or 5 at present depending on volume. Whether you will be sending 5 per week or 500 per week we treat all our brokers with a friendly & professional service and I personally speak to all of them.

All our Brokers are in total control of which applications they would like to send to us. As we have 5 different products for tenants you can decide whether you wish us to utilise all of them or just one of them (for example, if you have your own facility for some of our products).

As well as not paying for leads we do not sell leads either. Once an application is passed to us, we utilise our direct lenders and if the application is declined we do not sell it to any other Companies. This way it is up to you how you deal with your own declined loan applications.

You can send apps direct from your website form, via email, on an excel file, by fax (your own apps or ours), or by completing our online form with your Broker ID. We will soon be providing individual telephone numbers for our larger brokers to put on their websites or general advertising for Tenants Only to apply. Some applicants do not wish to complete a form online but would rather speak to an actual person in the UK when giving their personal details.
