I'm thinking of starting an information website targeting a particular area and affiliate marketing products that are associated with the main topic. These products include books, gifts, games and a specialist type of insurance.

As this insurance is particularly specialised and not well known I am proposing a page dedicated to information on the specific insurance with links to a couple of insurance providers.

My question is, do I need to be FSA authorised for this? or is it enough to have a disclaimer on the page?

Thanks in advance for any info. I've spent all morning and yesterday evening trying to find all info on this and am getting conflicting info and the FSA site is not very easy to understand.
