New loan sites help please

Hi,
I have a couple of domains I'd like to develop (cheaploan.co.uk and direct-loan.co.uk) but am bit in the dark about the best way to go forward.

Think a loan comparison form, white label solution or some sort of caparison widget would be good. Am reasonably competent when it comes to putting together a site.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best route to take or partners I should contact and also avoid?
