Mark from Pingtree here, as the founders of the Pingtree market, we thought we'd point out a few things to watch for when choosing your Pingtree partner, this can make £1,000's of difference :

Point 1. Is 100% too much to ask

Don't be afraid to ask for 100%. If you're not the type of affiliate who goes back after your data in month two, three and four, then don;t let your Pingtree partner have a free ride. Make them cough up in month 1, and let them ride the gravy train in subsequent months....play smart, data, data, data

Point 2 : Do Not Go Glassy Eyed At Headline Rate - Ask Questions

The top pay out in the UK from a lender is £50 per accepted lead, if a network is offering you more than this, there is an almost predictable likelihood they are removing lenders from the view you have of commissions or just reducing other lender commissions to subsidise to top rate. YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK WITH SOMEONE WHO DOES THIS....run away.

Point 3 : Johnny Come Lately Pingtree's With Nice Sites

Its a fact that established volumes of traffic over two to three years, draw the best commissions from lenders. Lenders do not just throw out top rates to anyone who appears and pops out a nice site.

We have had quite a flurry of partners leaving a recent new Pingtree with a rather pretty site. We have had one or two affiliates go to this Pingtree then promptly return within a week.

All that glitters is not gold....stick with the established players who know how to make the most for you.
