I see that quite a few of the various payday loan pingtree providers post here on a regular basis so would like to check what their position on VAT is.

Are you paying commission+VAT or commission inclusive of VAT? I am sure there are a few on here who would be interested in the answer!

As I am sure you are all aware finance leads can be a bit of a gray area for VAT

I thought I had posted this follow up already but apparently not. It has been a week now since I posted the original question and I notice no-one has replied.

So to play devils adocate and also hopefully elicit a response from some of the UK pingtrees.

Am I right in thinking T3 Leads would be the best option as they are based in the US and as such outside the scope of VAT. So that means I get to keep the gross commission rather than have to hand the VAT man 20% as I would if dealing with UK providers.
