Loans are secured on residential properties in England and Wales only for amounts between £3,000 - £10,000 and with terms up to 84 months.

All applicants must be employed (no self employed) and have no mortgage arrears or defaults in the last 6 months.

This lender does not need a mortgage reference or consent and is it is secured on a non-equity basis, there no valuation required as LTV is not an issue.
