Quality Personal Injury leads for sale

I am posting on behalf of a client who runs an accident investigation company. They have been approached by former work colleagues who were involved in an accident yesterday. The work mini bus they were travelling in was in a collision with a lorry and their mini bus driver was at fault and it has been made known to the company of previous occasions that he is not a competent driver . Out of the 16 passengers 10 are claiming to have whiplash injuries.
As these people are known to my client it would be unethical for them to investigate this case therefore my client wishes to sell these leads on.
