I have been given the task by my boss to look into setting up our own affiliate scheme. I have talked with our programmers who have advised that it would be easy to set up tracking for each lead passed via a banner. Now all I really need is you guys, I need to know your expectancies, what you would want per lead, whether it is a straight fee, fee + comm - what traffic you feel you could push through. Basically we need to find the right partners for us and give you the deal you think that you are worth.
