We pay £100 per secured loan application and are on the Commission Junction network. We're really keen for our program to grow as quickly as possible and are keen to hear from any affiliates, especially lead generators, who have secured leads to sell.

Sterling Loans specialise in offering personal secured loans to homeowners and have an easy application process with decisions in principle available within 24 hours. Rates are from 6.8%APR to 9.9%APR with a Typical 7.6%APR (variable).

The application must have valid customer details, i.e not Mickey Mouse etc, and be able to answer 'yes' to the following questions:

I am over 18 years of age and am a UK citizen living in Great Britain

I have a regular income of £10,000 or more

I am a homeowner and have equity in my property

All parties who have an interest in the property are aware of the application for a secured loan

No tenants or lodgers live in the property

Sarah, thanks for the information. One question though:

it's possible that Joe Bloggs decides to apply online for a secured loan on his lunch break at work, leaving his home telephone number. Sterling then ring his house, Mrs Bloggs answers and is unaware of her husband's application. Does this mean that the lead is invalid?

Also, what happens if Sterling cannot contact the applicant after a week (the number is valid but Joe Bloggs is on holiday or has changed his mind in the meantime)? Would this still be paid for?

However, the quality of applications will determine whether we can afford to maintain commissions at £100 per lead, and so we'd encourage publishers to try and generate the type of customer who can answer 'yes' to the questions below, but at this stage we're just paying on all applications.

Hi Sarah!
Do you accept leads entered mannually by an affiliate? We enter the leads fresh within moments since we get them. We need to enter them manually because first we have to look at the lead and make sure it fits your requirements, make sure that it's not Mr Mickey Mouse , etc..
We work with a few different merchants on different networks and are always open to adding new mechants to our partners.
If your answer to my question is yes, please let me know how we could join.
