We currently run a secured loan program with Webgains. However we also deal with UK bridging finance enquiries.

We are quite flexible, but ideally are looking for leads that fit the following criteria;

UK Homeowner;
LTV 85% max
Min loan size £25,001

There are very few instances where we cannot offer the client a deal - we have a full range of lenders on panel and specialise in placing clients that have been declined elsewhere.
