I'm in the process of setting up my first affiliate site and once again want to drain you guys of more knowledge.

The site I am creating is a comparison site for which I need specific graphics to incorporate into my comparison tables. In your experience do I need to request each of these graphics individually from merchants or would they let me edit existing artwork to suit my requirements and if so how would the tracking link work.
