    Hi To all,

    We have some information that may be of interest to some of you. We have worked in the past and currently are working on some projects with a company who have 5 finance sites out there generating, mortgage remortgage and secured loan leads. We did in the past buy leads from them before generating our own and the quality is of a good nature and you get good conversions on them.

    As I avidly read all posts in the finance vertical I thought I would share this with you as there may be people out there that may find doing there own pay per click expensive so may want to just buy leads without the other costs. This way they will know how much each lead is and the cost each month and type of lead they will get.

    The company in question can offer the following: To get you the completions you require.

    Free Registration

    Free SMS Messaging

    No Subscription Fees

    Quick Account Activation

    Consistent Fresh Quality Leads

    Invalid Lead Refunds In Two Click

    Lead Data
    Finance leads are generated through their websites or finance portal sites also via extensive marketing campaigns and affiliations. They do 'not' canvas for leads, the applicants search for specific terms and navigate across several webpages before entering there details. This means a self motivated applicant has completed a precise finance enquiry resulting in a red hot lead of the highest quality. They want the loan or mortgage that they are applying for and conversions will be good as the clients are bookers not lookers.

    Process
    All of the enquiries will be sent in real time as and when the applicants complete the form, data is sent in a neat and formatted manner via an html email. Any leads that are not allocated to a member within a twenty four hour period are taken out of the system.

    Lead Type
    The following loan types are available;

    Lead prices are in two categories, 'County' which is all postcode areas in any specific county(s) and 'All Areas' meaning anywhere in the UK.

    * Mortgage Mix £33 (FTB - Mover - 2nd Pur - BTL - LTB - CRTB) County Targeted

    * Mortgage Mix £28 (FTB - Mover - 2nd Pur - BTL - LTB - CRTB) All Areas - Discounted 16%

    * Remortgage £65 County Targeted

    * Remortgage £60 All Areas - Discounted 8%

    * Secured Loan £65 County Targeted

    * Secured Loan £60 All Areas - Discounted 8%

    * Homeowner loan (unsecured) £18 County Targeted

    * Homeowner loan (unsecured) £15 All Areas - Discounted 20%

    The IFA or company would need to have ideally a Data protection licence, CCL and FSA paperwork (regardless of loan type).

    Accounts take a while to setup so they don't really want to be signing members up for just a couple of leads, they are looking for a month's commitment with a budget to work too.

    Is this of interest to you?

    If so PM me and we can go from there

    Hi there,

    We may be interested in buying remortgage leads. Would they be adverse credit?

    Kind Regards,

    Anthony

    That's what I was wondering. Why the secrecy - can't you just name the company so affiliates can do some research on them before signing up?

    From what I understand, Deal Group Media (also known as DGM affiliates) and Deal Finance are one and the same, both of which are part of a larger online marketing business called Fuel. I seem to remember that they went through some fairly rough times financially around 9 months ago.

    I wouldn't expect too rapid a reply though - the original post was from January this year, and it's only because someone replied to it more recently that it's been resurrected.

    Interestingly, the person who replied was part of a recent craze on here - some new user who signs up, runs a search for whatever vertical they are interested in, and then posts replies to every single thread, regardless of age. Recent culprits include my friend and yours Steve333, IVAlead(or similar, can't be bothered to check), this Magenta person, and Lee from 123DebtSolutions (alhough Lee has turned out to be a reasonable bloke after his initial burst of overenthusiasm). The worst offenders are, as always, our friends from the Indian call centres, but I love them as they are always so funny

    Hi To you all, I am unsure as to why the post has come back again?

    The company that were selling the leads is a company called Brapion finance and we were just offering their leads on the forum as we have used them in the past and the conversions on the leads was good. We didnt receive a great deal of response to it on this forum and they subsequently sorted the sale of the leads out themselves.

    Re Michaels comments Deal Group media and Deal Finance Ltd are not the same broker or company.

    I would like to add we are not an Indian callcentre, or are we a culprit of any other means, and we are not as Michael put part of a marketing business called Fuel.

    I dont normally reply to the forums accept if as now it is needed to clarify something that is wrong and especially when it is about my company.

    Thanks

    My apologies, clearly I had very much the wrong end of the stick.
