just setting up websites advice needed

hello,
after long deliberation i have had not much success finding good quality leads for finance, as we all know there are a lot of telling porkys about how good there data is, so i have decided to set up 3 websites that i can generate leads through myself as i know these will all be fresh apps and also know there age etc etc.

As i browse the internet all day the question i am asking myself is how to drive the most amount of traffic to my sites that will intern generate me applications for commission, is adwords going to be my best option?

or will i be better off doing something totally different i would welcome any suggestions thanks for taking the time to look at my thread.
