HI has anyone heard any information re there being problems at compass finance?

dont quote me on this but i had heard that they are liquidating and are trying some underhanded tricks to take advantage of the situation

Hi Steve, thanks for the information. I had it from the horses mouth so to speak today and your information is correct. great eh you go on holiday come back and find out you have to write of a few grand. Apparently they may have a new buyer so all may not be lost.

Was a bit dodge had people ringing me days before trying to get me to send in leads !!!!!!!!!!! can anyone out there get good tenant leads ?

Yes the badger was supposed to have turned them around. I worked with the badger years ago at Purple loans and she was a loan processor then and has really done well to get where she is. Maybe she could go back to Compass and see if she can turn them around.
