Hello from the team at Property Mentor. The programme has been up and running for nearly a month and we wanted to report back on progress in terms of conversion and performance for anyone who may be considering joining the programme but understandably wanted some indication beforehand.

At present leads have been converting to attendees at c.20% and from attendee to sale c.18% of attendees sign for the full course. It has worked particularly well with affiliates who have relevant subscribers for e-mail and content. The programme pays out on leads that become attendees at a rate of £10 and an additional bounty of £100 for those that become sales.

We are therefore looking to recruit more affiliates and would be happy to supply suggestions for newsletter and e-mail content.

New banner sizes and revised creative will be available on Affiliate Future by the middle of next week.
