PPC what ROI ???????????? this is scary!!!!

hi guys,

after a long time making up my mind what i am going to venture in to next i have finally decided to give affiliate marketing a stab! why not!! (is this mad)???

The question i ask is, i am thinking of using the carter phillips affiliate network and promoting all of there products on my new site due to go live in the next week or so using i frames and banners on my website, do anyone work with these people?

i believe you get payed on the 20th of each month for all finance leads generated through your site what i am saying is are these people trust worthy and reliable? from what i have heard they are very big in this game not the biggest but are a good network overall.

Secondly i have decided when the site goes live i am going to do a PPC campaign and just see how it goes i am however very sceptical and dont want to lose lots of money, so what sort of budget would you consider to be fair and ethical?, considering i am just starting out, i realise that finance is a highly competitive market and there are some huge budgets, can i really make a success of my website?

if it works out i will simply build another after a year or so and do it with that site, i dont want millions just to start at the bottom and work my way up as just a sideline to run alongside what i currently do, but am new to this and have my doubts!!

i will budget for around £2000 per month initially if i can make money i will up it as i progress

Can it work for me i am interested in your thoughts

There are many posts here that provide all the help you could possibly need. Just search this forum and read. Some people even posted their personal battles and all is documented clearly.

Regarding the budget, set aside anything you're comfortable with. There's no such thing as fair and ethical budgets around here. It all depends on your pocket size. Then target a Search Engine such Google, Yahoo or MSN Live and go spend your cash. Obviously reading their manuals first and come back and re-read these forums again.

Yes finance is a tough market to crack, but success can have many meanings. To answer your question, you could have a successful website - just think outside the box

i use carter philips and couldnt recommend them highly enough ..

they always provide excellent help to affiliates ...
& their programmes always convert really well & payment is always prompt ..

Im putting all of my eggs in 1 baskets and slowly moving away from other networks as i think carter philips ( e-financialaffiliates.com ) has much more potential.

and no i dont work for them lol just 1 very happy affiliate
