Secured Loan Portal paying up-to £150 cpa

May I take this opportunity to thank the many affiliates for their input and constructive comments which enabled this project to get off the ground. We have been humbled by the number of affiliates who have put aside many hours to help and share ideas.

Carter-Phillips Affiliate Network is pleased to announce to forum users the launch of a unique financial portal www.thefundingoutlet.com

This portal will look after all your finance related applications, as well as diverting your tenants and commercial loans to the best possible merchant. It will point all your homeowners to the highest paying merchant first time.

How does it work? The application form is set out over 4 pages. After each page is submitted, the system will underwrite the details to the correct merchant. For example, if your visitor applies for a £15,000 loan for consolidation or home improvements it will return the merchant that is bidding the highest price for that lead. If your visitor applies for a £5,000 secured loan for any purpose then it will return only the companies who are willing to take this criteria.

The system will work out the LTV, income, age and only return the merchant who has that criteria built into their underwriting.

What do we mean by “return the merchant”? On the last page of the application form the visitor will be presented with the merchants own page. This will display the merchant’s terms and conditions, logos, registration numbers etc, so that the applicant knows exactly where their application has been sent to.

Further benefits? If your visitor leaves the application half way through, they will be e-mailed and invited to complete the form from the point they left it. This will then be tracked as your lead through your affiliate ID, as there will be a 30 day cookie dropped.

White label sites are also becoming an integral part of the success of this portal! The white label area allows you to re-brand the site, with your own logo and a choice of colour schemes. Additionally you may choose supporting merchants such as unsecured, RTB, Payday, and Commercial programmes.

The Funding Outlet has all the normal tools to help affiliates, including a vast range of banners, text links and I frames. You can even http post applications, subject to approval. This is all designed to integrate with your marketing methods.

All commission payments are net, so what you see is what you get. Payments are made along side our usual payment run, around the 20th each month for the previous month's activity.
