    Hi all,

I am new to this area of affiliate marketing so please bear with me!

Is anyone aware of any legal issues with providing incentives for people to apply for insurance / loans from a website? e.g. complete a insurance / loan application and get free entry to win a prize.

    Many thanks for any assistance.

there are Affiliate networks whice RUN incentive offers.. don't think should br any issue if you are transpatent to the cliet you are selling them to. But if you are selling them with Client not being aware of it, possiblity is not of havig legal issues but rather client not paying
