HI Steve
You may find unfair bank charges to be over.
OFT have suspended all cases.....
Lee
We've got a project generating bank charges claims and are currently considering releasing it to affiliates however having read quite a few negative posts about bank charges programs I wanted to get some feedback.
We'd be looking to do a genuine pay per lead program e.g. if they complete the form you get paid. Initially based on £5 a lead, and in this case would probably run the program via a network.
Some features are:
100% Online signup - No Need For Call Backs Or Packs To Post Back
No Need For Claimant To Contact Their Bank
No Need For Claimant To Obtain Bank Statements
Full Claim For 6 Years Charges Plus Interest Will Be Calculated
All Cases Handled Directly By A Specialist Law Firm Not A Claims Management Company
The site is https://claimingbackbankcharges.com/ and it is going great guns with our own campaigns and works especially well off the back of other financial products.
Any thoughts/opinions would be appreciated, also any suggestions on which network.
Cheers

You can still log claims though, ready to be dealt with if the OFT win. Anyone claiming should log their claim now rather than waiting, so that you can still claim back to August 2001.OFT have suspended all cases.....
As a result many claims companies are still continuing to take leads, although the ones that offer a commission will pay out when the claim has been completed,
We might take a look at that Steve - please contact Paul Guest if you think it's worth a shot.

Cheers for the responses, much appreciated.
Credit me with at least a little intelligence Lee, as tbp stated the OFT action actually makes bank charges a potentially far stronger proposition have a look at some of the articles on the site. (By the way the OFT haven't suspended anything, and even the Ombudsman's and FSA's action does not equate to a legal moratorium and so claims could still be pursued directly with the banks and settled even with the case ongoing - though it's highly likely these will be out of court and subject to no publicity)
Michael, will do - the new legislation with claims is a bit of a pain in the a**e hence us having to become an authorised claims management company with the Ministry of Justice just to generate leads, but if we can work round that then there's definitely potential. (As if we'd not heard enough about regulation on a4u!)
