looking for sources of homeowner data but not off any of the data companies that generate life style or any circumstance data, these must be declines up to 12 months old.

We have recently launched a site called 4QuickMoney where financial services merchants are Listed. Merchants are given the opportunities to inform consumers about their company and display their logo. We have a separate section for their services and costs. Consumers click through to an “Apply Now” link that will take them to an enquiry form which we build that matches the merchants exact lead requirements (all supplied by them). When a consumer submits an enquiry, the merchant is alerted via e-mail and can then retrieve the leads via a secure server, all real time and exclusive. If required we can provide the leads directly into the merchants own systems.

There is no set up or monthly fee for this service, clients pay on a CPA basis for leads.

The site is advertised on search engines and through email campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the merchants listing.

The categories currently live are:

Loans - Unsecured loans, secured loans, car finance.
Mortgages – Residential, commercial, right to buy, buy to let.
Remortgages – Residential, commercial, buy to let.
Pensions – Pension release, pension transfer, annuities.
Credit cards – Prepaid, 0% on balance transfer, 0% on purchases, reward.
Refused credit – Credit repair, credit report, debt management, IVAs.
