FYI, cold-calling to raise business regulated by the FSA is against their regulations. Recently a mortgage broker was fined £50k for cold calling homeowners attempting to sell them into re-mortgages.

Thought that might be handy 2p worth

Thanks for the information but we are not doing mortgage or re-mortgage. Also we don't push customer, all we do is send them a quote and then it's upto them if they want to go ahead with it. I think this should be fare enough!

whats the difference? if they didn't come to you for the quote, then its cold calling, isn't it?
