Can supply these where the client has compleated an 8 page fact finder, so lots of information supplied but then declined the broker due to their fees.

So client is actively looking for re-mortgage but needs to be passed to someone else to complete, they usually add high fee due to distance to close sale, so they are perfect if you are UK wide and can supply them with a re-mortgage.
