we have secured loan leads for sale, and we do verify the lead before we sell them.
by calling them and confirm the details. or we can dohot key transfer

initial price is 80 for the first 10 leads and then 70 for over 10 leads.(on monthaly basis)
we can supply up to 15 leads a day

we do have CCL, and DPA, let us know if you need copy, and we will need yours as well please.

we do't charge upfron payment, we do 50/50, ie. if you order 10 leads we will need 5 leads paid upfront, all payment must be made to our company's name bank a/c or by cheuqe.
and we do' do't do minimum order you can order 1 lead or 100 leads, as we are confident with our leads. and we are sure you will be back to order more.

and off course we do have Replacement policy as follow:-
1) WRONG ADDRESS: the property address is not in the postcode you checked in your criteria, because either the customer lives in an area different than the actual property in question, or we accidentally sent you a lead in a postcode you did not specify.

2) DUPLICATE LEAD: the lead delivered to you is a duplicate (you received it before). The duplicate period as we define it is two months (60 days). We suggest you keep a record of all the leads provided and their respective details for at least 60 days.

3) BAD PHONE NUMBERS: the lead delivered to you contains an invalid or incomplete telephone number.

4) TECHNICAL DATA ERRORS: if we discover any incorrect entries in your lead data details, thus causing you to receive leads not matching your criteria.

5) OLD LEADS: no more than 12 hours old on weekdays and 48 hours old at weekends.

6) QUOTED RATES OR SPECIAL OFFERS: if the leads are claimed as generated by quoting some special rates or other incentives to the customers.

7) BOGUS LEADS: if the Lead is not a real borrower or a non-existent person.

8) NOT INTERESTED IN SECURED LOAN: if the customers specified to the company that they were not interested in the secured loan. We will verify the lead at this end and provide a return lead. Please note this is only applicable on those leads which were not interested in getting a secured loan while they were being generated.

I just wanted to let you know that I sent 5 leads to OnlyFinance.com for secured loans and 3 of 5 were paid out, 1 was rejected and another one is pending. It was quite quick for them get a report over to me. I think it is a good customer service. I called them and enquired if they are going to get a report across to me regarding the pending lead and they said they try it for another week and let me know. for the rejected lead they said they have no use of it. I was working with another broker before and didn't get that quick response.

Yes, he does. Only mentions it once every two years though as he doesn't want to seem too pushy. Nice, low key approach.
