Mortgages at the moment are becoming increasingly more difficult to place. Why would anyone want to pay £100+ upfront for a lead that may not go anywhere. The market is so unstable which is equating to a huge risk for anyone that is willing to lay down any money upfront.

We are offering to pay you 50% of anything that completes which means that if your leads REALLY are as good as you say they are you'll earn yourself a small fortune!!

I took on two new introducers yesterday:

One told me their leads usually sell for £200. They passed me 30 leads and four have booked meaning that they will get a payout of £10998.25 when they complete, averaging £366.28 per lead passed! (And we haven't even made contact with half of them yet)

The other passed me 40 leads that they usually sell for between £1 and £3 each. Two have booked which will pay him £6500 if they complete, averaging £162.50 per lead passed!!

If your leads are good you'll earn us BOTH a lot of money!

All of our business come from brokers and introducers, we do not advertise ourselves and have managed to stay in the mortgage markets on that basis since 1989.

First Choice Finance is Directly Authorised 302981 and has CCL and DP ensuring your clients are always treated compliantly in line with TCF and FSA regulations.

We provide daily, weekly or monthly updates of all leads and explain to the introducer that if they want to contact the client at anytime during the process they can do so to see if we are keeping to our end of the bargain.

Once again we work with some of the biggest introducers in country and have had a reputable presence in the market since 1989

I fear that too with mortgage and loan leads, there's no way you can evaluate whether the client is being totally honest.

I sorry to hear you feel like that. All I can say is if you pass us leads and they book why would I want to lose money by conning you. Surely that would mean you wouldnt pass me any more business.

I have always said I dont mind if you call the client you pass to me at any stage. That would let you know if I was truthful or not.

am not saying that a client would con you completely but look at it this way; if someone sends you 10 leads and 5 of them are good, some clients might be tempted to tell you that only 3 passed (you have to believe them since you have no way of proving otherwise), thus saving themselves more money.

It annoys me that we all get tarred with the same brush :-( I produce daily or weekly reports on every client I receive.

    Hi James

123 Debt Solutions have provided you with 20+ valid leads in July and got ZERO return.

I placed 4 leads with one other company in August (I won't name) and I got 1 x conversion and a payout in less than 2 weeks. Since then they have continued to perform.

You're not tarred with the same brush. Your just not thinking outside the box.... If you want good leads from good affiliates then offer them a fixed fee deal that you can build on... Once you see who is performing you can show them the path to further riches.... They probably won't take it but nevertheless at least you get the good leads from the good affiliates.

Whilst you are nice guy and your always available to talk and after much persuasion you will provide weekly reporting, the fact is for me your conversion rate was poor. (In my opinion.)

To Magenta... I don't think it is in a merchant's interest to rip off affiliates and I would advise all affiliates that are worrying about issues such as this. Should choose a new merchant, or get out of lead generation. Or better still be happy with the fixed deals that are on offer.. Let's be honest there is some good ones out there.

Yeah great advice... You now want to tell "first choice finance" that they don't know how to contact leads..... Shame you weren't around 12 months ago to pass on your words of wisdom.... Jay doesn't even work for them anymore...

Anyway stop bumping old threads, it doesn't help anyone.

I want to try your leads. Yes to see if you are what you say you are....

    Also
Your offering them at £10 after verification.. As if...

You my son are full of s**t, that's why you won't supply them.

Name one company you have supplied your finest quality leads to.. I will guarantee you that I know the owner and I will personally call him/her and ask them for a recommendation.
Or give me 20 of them, I will pay you upfront and I will then report on whether or not you can or can't do the job asked of you!

Proof is in the pudding and right now I have nothing on my plate from TTN Leads...
