secured applications advice / leads needed

hello,

i am an introducer to several large loan brokers, i currently buy huge numbers of homeowner datathat they work for us and give us a 50 / 50 split on commission.

some weeks we can be very successful and earn a good few quid at it i always have around 30 - 40 secured loans in underwriting and try and keep it up to that level bringing my business in a few grand a month commission.

i am looking for good completing applications which obviously we all are, not bothered in the price per lead as long as its not massive as long as they go through to complete, or have a good conversion.

i know some introducers generate £10,000's a month in commission from back end deals, and i am just looking to expand this side of my business, as we do primarly have our own DM outfit.

i currently spend around £5k a month on leads (all historical data that converts 5% to app) and then go on and drop off some complete but lots dont, can anyone advise me on how i can take this to the next level and move things forward the best way
