I am a property buyer, and focus on motivated sellers in typically distressed situations. I often have prospective clients facing repossession or some other financial difficulty that may not be appropriate for me to acquire their property, but could benefit from a secured/unsecured loan, iva or debt management product. Often many of the individuals do not have access to the internet, as they respond to my newspaper ads, and I cannot direct them to register or apply online. Would you be interested in these types of leads? Any suggestions on a solution I can put in place?
