Hi guys, please see my post on the OMG developing thread. Essential loans program is one that you shouldnt touch with a barge pole as they are just a taker of all leads pay for none outfit. Plus we have heard from another source although they dont pay for many leads they will however sell them to a debt management company. So hence they will make money from your leads but not pay you a penney, they are it seems worse than Promise Finance and Shakespeare put together!!

On the subject of reputable partners, has anyone worked with Only.co.uk? We're about to start a test with them and wondered if anyone has a view? Thanks

    Hello clickspace,

Please see my earlier thread titled: Shafted by Only Finance on OMG.

I would advise to stay away as Only Finance is part of the Only Group.

    Regards

    Jimmy

    Hi,

Having read the comments regarding Essential Loans I feel I have to post this reply. I actually manage the Essential Loans affiliate program and can tell you that we have more than happy affiliates working with, with strong relationships being built up over time. We offer a fair commission validation process (more info contact john.anderson@essentialloans.com) as well as making additional payments for completed deals.

We offer affiliation direct or through Affiliate Window (of which we have been a member for more than 3 years). We are very flexible and believe in communication and transparency. Working direct we offer a choice of reports which are emailed direct daily, weekly or monthly.

If anyone has any further questions (poppett), please contact me, I'm happy to answer any queries.

in answer to your reply John. I have and do deal with people who have sent you leads on both networks, your company states that you pay for all genuine homeowners which you dont. You say that you pay for tenants you dont. What you do do though is sell your clients data for which you havent paid the broker to other brokers at £3 per record to be used for debtmanagement leads

In truth your company has many things it has to sort out, yes this can give you a bad name but as they say if the hat fits. Me personally I wouldnt deal with you as from all I hear you may be a nice chap but your companies stance on payment leaves a lot to be desired. Report are fine but if you put what you want on there as your view but from the understanding of fellwo introducers to us means that the reports you send are are massaged to put what your company wants the broker to see but not really the actual facts.

    Poppett,

Of course we have some introducer's who are disgruntled from time to time, that's the just the nature of this industry. I personally aim to appease any concerns or queries our affiliates have whether they work with us direct or through AWin.

Regarding the reporting, you are making major and inaccurate accusations here. We offer a very honest approach to feedback by providing completely transparent reports. We would NEVER doctor these to read how we want. I find it absurd that you would think I have the time to do this when managing, amongst other things, an affiliate programme consisting of well over hundreds of introducers/affiliates.

I would recommend you email me direct or call me to discuss this further so you can get a feel for how I work, then perhaps you may be in a better position to pass judgement.

if its the same Only-Finance you're talking about; they were exposed here and suspended from OMG for running a pay per Sale disguised as a pay per Lead program.. i would avoid them!

Where did you get these numbers from - is it what their website says or your wire transfer? Needless to say - most of the time it's a huge difference these days..
