I see his reputation precedes him... lol
Wow thanks for the feedback.
Claims Financial - Bradley I believe, we have not dealt with eachother previously so I can only work on second hand information for the gent in the office who did.
I belive we collected some data of people who had had bank charges, when you came to call them back they said they hadnt completed a survey and were not interested.
As anyone who deals with consumers knows they some times change their mind when they are called back. We did how ever agree to a full refund though stand by our case that they at the time of us talking to them interested in talking with you. Problem resolved
Jatin - The bad experience was due to you not paying the full bill for your data, you time after time paid it short so this delayed the data getting to you on time. Apart from that I am not aware of any other problems, if there are then please contact me and I will resolve these.
Lee at 123 - I remember you contacting me several times, asking to take our IVA leads, why the change of tune? It wasn't the deal for us, but thanks for the offer, is this why you are suddenly so anti Data Partnership?
And lastly Michael, the man of so many kind words, why is this music to your ears? The day you say only kind words about other companies I will buy everyone in the forum a drink!
