who takes commercial mortgage leads

Can anyone advise who is the best company to give commercial mortgage leads to, on a cpl basis. Won't be great volumes but some is better than none.

Dear Michael,

As you are aware there are a number of companies that are willing to buy these types of leads from you.

I on the other hand directly source these type of leads for my company - this way it cuts out the middle man.

We can look at purchasing on a cost per lead basis or commission split.

We have often orgnasied commission split (through a formal introducer agreement) as commercial enquiries are not often like normal residential borrowing leads.

Commercial enquiries are more complex and take longer to complete - In addition there is a lower covnersion rate of such leads.
