We are looking to purchase some established debt managment accounts. Perhaps between 50 and 200.

What are DM accounts? Do you mean cases? or leads?

An account is a client, is it not?
Who sells accounts? Wouldn't that be buying a DM company?

Why not explain more thoroughly what it is you are after.

This is common practice within this industry; usually the going rate is 2 years fees. I know DM companies who buy, and I know sales teams that generate 200-300 clients then sell them on.

The benefits for the buyer is that a DM company is valued by how many paying clients they have, so if a company wants float or attract backing it helps. Also they can re-coop a percentage of the outlay, by converting a few percent into an IVA.

The benefit for the seller is that they get the fees upfront and they don’t have to administer the clients, also helps with cash flow.

So if you want a few names, give me a shout. (will I get a finders fee?)
