Good morning.

My name is Brett England and I am the Senior Managing Partner of England, Jackman & Spacey.

We are a bankrupcty specialist hand holding clients through every step of the bankrupcty process.

We are looking to develop our affiliate programme after our recent and continued expansion plans.

Ideal leads for us are similar to that of the IVA/ Debt management leads, however the ideal for us would be referrals from IVA comapnies and Insolvency practitioners for those clients who have failed their IVA, do not meet the IVA criteria or the IVA has been rejected.

This also gives the lead generation affiliates the opportunity to sell those IVA leads which do not meet thier merchants criteria as well as replace those leads which have been rejected by the creditors at the voting stage of the IVA process, and sell the failed lead to us.
