Problems with Welcome Finance Unsecured with Roeye

Has anyone else noticed the number of applications for Welcome Finance unsecured falling significantly in the past few days?

We usually generate 4 or 5 leads a day consistently for the past few months, but have fallen to just 1 or 0 in the past few days, despite click throughs being normal.

I'm not convinced how the tracking system works. The tracktor emails generated to alert us of a new lead seem to be a few hours behind, and I notice most conversions are applied during office hours with very few coming through after 6pm despite click throughs.

That's interesting. I've had similar concerns about tracking with Roeye programmes. It is strange that there are fluctuations in conversions / click throughs / lack of evening conversions etc.

Hi guys.

We're fairly sure there are no problems with the tracking - both backend and frontend sales look like normal (actually pretty high, given the volumes in this last month), as do the sale/click ratios. We're delighted with the accuracy of the tracking in general, where backend numbers are as near to the front end as you could wish for. Besides which, you are actually paid out on the backend tracked applications (as each affiliate has their own source code) which, as far as I'm aware R.O.EYE are unique in providing, assuring that no affiliate can lose out by any tracking errors.

The reason for your lack of applications after 6pm "Tracktor time" is that the servers are EST, and so 6pm on the reporting is actually 11pm in the UK. Quite a few people get caught out by this - did you wonder about all those 4am apps too?

There have been some issues with the reporting of numbers on a couple of summary screens in your interface over the last few days, purely caused by some admin in our backend, but all should be showing again normally now - and you should've received a couple of emails about this over the last few days.

As a side note - if anyone is looking for a merchant to send their adverse secured or unsecured personal loans to, Welcome Finance are doing really well at the moment. Our unsecured payouts are among the highest in the market. I know other providers are available (no doubt one of them will post in this thread in a moment) but feedback from our affiliates indicates that the combination of our high payouts, feedback, reporting and prompt payment - not to mention the great brand names of Welcome Finance - mean that affiliates are really happy to work with us and we're always looking for people who can provide volume at a good quality.

No problems our end. Ours seem to be tracking (or should that be Traktor-ing ) ok... whatever time of day or night.
