Affiliates can still get up-to £200 per lead for re-mortgage leads; the only thing that has changed is the criteria, which has tightened up.

Prices haven’t changed, only working practices within the merchants own house. Merchants are only willing to work with proven performing affiliates, as they tread water over the coming month or two.

Affiliates, you will still get paid per lead, look across the networks, work on your quality, so when the new year arrives, we can drive the cost per lead even higher.

If you read my post again you will see I was referring to Secured Loans not remortgages and like you said "The criteria has tightened up"

Can anyone promise an affiliate £200 for a 80% unlimited adverse secured loan?

What i'm basically saying to the affiliates is if they cannot sell there leads due to the tightening of criteria, we have exclusives (mentioned above) that means we may be able to place them.

Not every lead, an affiliate generates is going to be over 80% unlimited adverse secured loan, so merchants have to take the rough with the smooth, just like they do with their own advertising.

Merchants can set the criteria on LTV, ours is 85% at the moment, and this gives a bit a leeway for an affiliate.

Merchants who only want a certain purpose, loan amount or under a % LTV, should pay a premium for these leads. If a merchant wants to take them all, then the going rate is enough.

A good affiliate can always sell his/her leads.

What percentage commission do you pay, please?

All commissions are split 50/50 the average payout is £2000 for a subprime remortgage or secured loan completion.

If your leads are of a GOOD quality then for 100 leads 60% should book, of the 60% that book, 60% should sign and of the 60% that sign 60% should complete.

I have two brokers that are working around the 10% conversion rates and I have paid them OVER £10000 each last month

I read it because I expected it to be something important, instead it was just marketing drivel.
