Is there any value in these leads?

We generally utilise our IVA leads through our IVA / IP department. However they have some cases that have progressed well at the early stages but then for one reason or another paused, usually because the client has not bothered to gather their docs and return them!

Our IVA dept. is a fairly small concern and is basically dealing with the "easier" cases and doesn't really have the time nor inclination to chase up the faltered cases.

They have asked us to see if any other IVAers out there would be interested in taking them on?
