Hi,

We are currently expanding our business and looking for secured loan leads of £10k and above

in value. Additional brokers and affiliates required.

There are two opportunities available :

Back end deal
We pay a straight 5% commission for prime deals (ie no adverse credit and can prove income)

and 4% for sub-prime deals.

With access to over 250 lenders, if the deal can be done, we can do it. We respond swiftly to

client's requirements and keep them informed of all developments in respect of their

applications; this includes daily updates.

Brokers are paid upon completion of the loan, which on average is a three weeks. Brokers are

updated whenever there is a development on a case, including first contact.


Pay Per Lead Deal
Again, minimum value £10k. Lead generators welcome.

Payment per validated lead - £90, one month in arrears from the end of each calendar month.

So, for example, leads generated in November are paid for at the end of December.

The high price that we pay for leads reflects the fact that we expect them to be exclusive.

A validated lead will be one that is :

a. Exclusive to us

b. Applicant is genuinly looking for a secured loan

c. Must have sufficient equity

d. Must be Uk Resident

e Must be prepared to undertake a credit check


Hoaxes along with the usual Mr Bloggs and M Mouse will not be paid for.

Specific feedback is given on each lead. Affiliates will be monitored with regard to the

quality of leads supplied.

For this side of the operation, we are looking for a small number of high performing

afflilites.

I presume that you are referring to the CPA price of £90. That in our view reflects the market price. Who else is paying more ? Certainly none of the mainstream affiliate networks.
