We are a commercial finance broker that covers the whole business finance market, but with a particular emphasis on property funding. This includes: Bridging loans, Development finance and of course Commercial/Business mortgages.

I would be interested in striking up a partnership with a lead provider on a 50/50 split of our arrangement fee, which is usually 1-2% of the total loan value, payable on completion. I understand that many of you prefer payment on a per lead basis, therefore, this arrangement may best suit someone whose focus is not particularly on commercial finance, but who still gets the odd lead.

However, I would welcome any suggestions from those of you wishing to use your commercial finance leads.
