Sub prime remortgage leads required

I am looking for sub prime remortgage leads. Leads need to have the following criteria:-

75% LTV to include client release and erc’s
Adverse re-mortgages only
10K minimum release on top of the mortgage and erc’s
Minimum £15k earnings
No shared ownership
No Ex-local flats
Must be standard construction
Must be England and Wales mainland
We can do Scotland mainland but only as high as Glasgow/Edinburgh.
Must be Employed or Self Employed
No DSS Assisted
Age 18 – 65

I understand that this criteria is strict – but it needs to be. I also understand that the leads would come at a price.

Hope you're well.

Why would you want these types of leads, they are hard work, don't convert well at all and drain resources.

Forgive me but can you elaborate why you would want to put yourself through this when surely the easier thing to do is to buy geuine fresh leads from AMS or A.n.other.

If the client has applied for a mortgage / remortgage / secured loan, are you not risking your CCL(i.e. either seriously breaking some rules or skating on thin ice) by another company attempting to sell them a DM/IVA ?

We already have debt management and iva guys based in house with us. If we cannot help a customer for a remortgage or secured loan we pass the lead over to the debt managemnt guys, once we have confirmed with the client that would be of interest. It is also in line with the FSA's treating customers fairly initiative as we are not simply saying sorry we cannot help you, bye! These people need genuine help and should receive it.

Anyway back to my original post. Can anyone supply leads to this criteria and at what cost?

Your new to the forum and that's fine but this is exactly the problem some of us experienced users are finding difficult to live with.... You come onto the forum without even bothering to read or review older posts (That doesn't mean review older posts and bump them up)......

If you take your time to read and understand what it is about A4u that makes it so good you would learn who AMS is? You would also win some friends and in a forum world friends equal advice, help and information at times when you really need it.

My advice is to spend some time here and perhaps use the search tool at the top of the page to search some older posts, you will like what you see and you will find that there are some very good lead generators/lead purchasers that are very much active on a daily basis. They/We will all help you to achieve your goals..

When joining a new forum It is also a good idea to announce who you are and what you do and perhaps a web site address and a little bit about yourself.

Thanks for the information. I will spend a bit more time on here researching.

By the way, we are Solution Mortgages (Bad Credit Remortgage, Poor Credit Remortgage, Adverse Credit | Solution Mortgages) who are sub prime remortgage and Commercial finance specialists. We generate leads through our website & buy leads in from various lead generators. We have a very good working relationship with our current suppliers and have used them continuously for a long time.
