Hello All,

Hope you are good and keeping well.

We are at the moment doing Hotkeys IVA and debtmanagement lead transfer however, could you please do advice me what type of important question we should ask to customer before passing them to our IVA expert?

Best advice I can give you (although don't do it to me or my staff ) is to "Phone a few IVA companies" utilising a technique called mystery call.... I shouldn't really advise it but if you want to learn the best way to learn is to speak to the professionals.

IVAs must have the following

3 creditors (not with same bank as they count as 1 debt)
Total debt over £15k
No debts taken out in last 12 months unless for re-consolidation with that lender
no gambling
minimum disposible income of £250 per month
Aware IVA is a 5 year legal agreement
Aware house will be valued as part of the plan (if homeowner)
Struggling with re-payments not just looking to consolidate as IVA will not pass meeting of creditors if they can afford the monthly payments.

We pay £600.00 per completed IVA (we pay when customer has been seen by an advisor - normally within 1 week - we do not keep you waiting until the meeting which can take 3 months in some cases)

Leads are tracked online if you use our introduction forms (you hit our criteria by using the form)

We pay £75.00 per completed Debt Management Agreement (payment within 28 days)

All cases are paid on a per case basis, not monthly or twice monthly. this helps your cashflow and builds confidence in our systems.
