Firstly, let me take this opportunity to say thanks to A4u members for a great year.

123 have seen the affiliate program grow from strength to strength over the last 10 months and thanks to the feedback from a lot of you guys, we have constantly improved our system.

One of the most important things to any successful program is listening to the affiliates and the merchants, and taking on board their requirements, and it is with this in mind that we began to put the wheels in motion to offer a few of the most important things :

To begin with immediate effect :

• No Quotas.
• No Weekends off. (Eg : 24/7/365 lead delivery)
• Affiliate payments every 7 days.
• Strict 5 day lead rejection rule.
• Strict online generated lead program.
• Wider variety of leads accepted.
• Statistical analysis on leads generated.
• Both positive and negative reporting.
• Online Knowledgebase with instant feedback from Lee (10 years experienced affiliate and web developer), Adam (Senior IVA/DM advisor and 15 years marketing experience), Michael (Experienced and highly skilled web master)

Most importantly a few of our bigger hitting affiliates have grumbled about the time delay between 'lead acceptance' and 'case acceptance'... At times this has been up to 6 weeks and can often be a difficult waiting period.

We have given a lot of thought to improving this payment method and it is with this in mind that we have changed the new program pay structure to include larger up-front payments.

Nice work Lee - looks like you decided to work over Xmas rather than take some time to unwind? I myself am about to board a plane to Krabi in Thailand for a well earned break (it's been weeks since my last holiday )

One thing that I found rather confusing on the new (?) site was this statement on the home page..

"This program is only available by invite only or by appointment of our marketing director"

Which is it? From the post above this offer is open to all, which kinda contradicts the homepage?

And then there's this other content...

...minimum requirements of 50 leads per month ...Lee and his team will visit your office ...a lead is accepted the second you generate it/a lead may be rejected within 5 working days ... black is white except when it's yellow (sorry, I made that last one up )

And there are a few typos.

Without wishing to cause offence I would strongly recommend that anyone writing a site during a mad late night brainstorming session with themselves reviews it very carefully the following afternoon after they have caught up their sleep - this approach will ensure that the message and content are consistent throughout and not contradictory.

I wouldn't call it working, I’ve actually had a full week off, the most I have had off all year. It's been great, although I am keen for 08 to begin. As you know I am only happy when im working

Indeed this new introducer program is available to existing 123 affiliates (most of whom frequent A4u) or by request. Im sure your aware that 123 are fairly new to secured loan lead generation. As such there are a large amount of "super affiliates" (A4u members) that are not currently aware of our new introducer program.

I am always keen to hear from them and what better place than A4u to encourage new members.

You will also note that on our web site there is a "Request Membership" page.. This is not to be mistaken for "join" or "sign up" as there is manual control over who we allow/disallow into the program.

Re : 50 lead minimum, simple fact is that I put a great deal of time and effort into helping my introducers. I am only happy working as hard as I do for affiliates that are as committed as I am.
If an affiliate can't generate 50 leads per month then there not worth the time and investment and they might as well stay with the school or a.n.other.

123 introducer program is designed to reward the best of the best and as you know lead quality is the key!

Re : The program has been in testing stages with a handful of very good affiliates since mid November and the control panels have taken us approx a month to develop. (Big thanks to myself and Michael ). The sites and knowledgebase are being constantly updated and as we discussed on the phone a couple of weeks ago you will see some big changes from 123 in January.
