We have just negotiated a new deal, its exclusive, so you won't be offered it from anyone else.
We have the following:

Secured Loan Declined Data, Declined By a High Street Bank. Declined because applicant has a CCJ. Data is available 28 days after decline. There are 7500 per month every month. It is a Full Application, not just name and number. Minimum trial is order is 500. Cost for all 7500 per month is £2.50 each. Smaller quantities will be more expensive.

Credit Card Decline Data, Declined by the same High street bank as above. data is available 28 days after decline. There are 5000 per month of tenants and 10,000 per month of homeowners. Min order is 2000 (i can't get less from the lender)
Costs are £1.50 for tenant and £1.75 for homeowners. Not full app just name, address and tel number.

Tenant Eviction Data. Tenant has court date set for 3 weeks in advance for eviction. Details of client, plaintiff, court date etc. No phone numbers as courts cannot give this info out. So this is mailing data, can give advice on marketing strategy on how to mail them to get best response. Around 8000 tenant evictions available per month. Min Order 100. Costs for 100 are £6 and go down with volume. 2000 per month would be £5 each, 8000 at £4.50 each
I possibly could get a small amount of homeowner eviction data but I have a client who is cleaning me out.
