Sounds like a good idea. How would the affiliate know if they had received a call / extra commision though ? Going this way can install some doubts with affiliates incase of leakages, unpaid leads etc.

We've just added 10 new gold 0800 numbers.
These can be placed for free on your debt help web sites and all leads generated via the inbound call will earn an additional £15.00 per lead.
So if the resulting call is one of the following you earn :
DM = £32 + £15 = £47
IVA = £90 + £15 = £105
TD = £45 + £15 = £60
Bankruptcy = £40 + £15 = £55
Call centre is open 10am - 9pm on Mon-Fri & 10am-7pm on Sat

You get unlimited access to call logs…. This is accessible via a private login on our telecom providers control panel.
All calls are recorded in our offices and transcripts can be made available. (I say all calls but sometimes the calls are not recorded, I don't know why I just think it's not the best system.)
Although I am in talks with a new call centre down south for 24hr call handling. This would open up a wide range of benefits that I won't go into just yet. Nevertheless 0800 numbers won't change and the move over will be smooth and if everything goes to plan should be in place by the end of Feb. (If not sooner)
Additional commissions are added as a seperate invoice at the end of each month and are paid almost immediately. (As I say you will have an idea of how much is owing as you have 24/7 access to the call logs.)

We thought about this method a number of years ago, and have never been able to guarantee tracking 100%. The technology wasn’t available a couple of years ago to guarantee tracking, but you obviously have been able to get over these issues, with more modern methods.
Out of interest, would you mind answering me a couple of questions?
The telephone 0800 call stats will record a call and the duration of the call etc.
• How will the call be allocated to that affiliate to earn the extra £15, above the on-line application commission? “How will it match up...
• Will the call handler have to ask the caller, the questions, and then a manual tracking process be in place?
• What if client calls back 3-4 times on the 0800 number, the call states will show numerous calls, but the affiliate gets paid once? Over a month this may distort figures, will it not?
• Are these numbers only to be placed on “thank-you” pages, once the application has been confirmed as valid?
• If the numbers can be used as on web-sites and the applicant does not fill out an on-line application and phones through instead. The distorted figures on the 0800 number states will not guarantee the affiliate the commission, and what figure does the affiliate get paid £15?
I hope you don’t mind me asking these questions, but I am genuinely interested in the way you have got around the tracking issues.

I know why Lee is doing this and for good reason..
How many leads does Lee pay on and not manage to get hold of.. or by the time he gets hold of it, is that lead interested still or not..
I think this is a really good way of avoiding some of those issues as a lead buyer and i think this comes down to trust more than anything else..
If u can trust Lee then do it his way and he will pay you..
If you cant trust him dont do it this way..
However payouts on secured loans are pretty low..
and i like how russell says "I am genuinely interested in the way you have got around the tracking issues" However i can see your smile as you were writing that and thinking you got one over on someone..

Thanks for the questions, they are good questions and I have done my best to answer them below.
Each 0800 number is dedicated solely to this introducer. When the call comes in, on our screens the originating CLI is shown. Also 2 of our administrators will be responsible for checking/generating invoices at the end of each month. No not really. On the call handlers screen they can select the appropriate introducer. This is the same place the type introducer updates into. (I can send a screenshot but it is simply a section form with text input fields.)• Will the call handler have to ask the caller, the questions, and then a manual tracking process be in place?
It shouldn't do as the caller once spoken to will be given our company 0800 number both by email and letter. Also recordings of calls is always in progress. (Admittedly it may occur and we will have to deal with this accordingly. (This is possibly where trust and call recordings come into play.. Also The introducer has real-time access to the 0800 statistics at all times so they can easily check on call volumes.

The affiliate is paid the resulting lead price plus an additional £15. All I can say on this matter is that if the call lasts longer than 3 minutes then the chances are the call resulted in a valid enquiry and thus the lead is entered into our system. As soon as the call handler selects the introducer from the drop down menu it appears on the introducers control panel. They will see it stamped with a "T" next to it. The inbound call guarantees contact/assessment with the client and often results in a sale. Conversion rates are far greater as the client is keen to resolve there financial problems. The client benefits are instant financial advice and an immediate solution.
